I am the founder of Meyer, Ford, Glasser, & Radman, PLLC and have been successfully practicing law for many years. I have been admitted to the bars of West Virginia, the United States District Courts for Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. I received my undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and my law degree from Vanderbilt Law School.
My trial experience is extensive and includes over 160 trials to a jury verdict and a $1,000,000 verdict. Many of my cases have impacted the development of West Virginia law. My areas of specialty are civil litigation, railroad law, maritime law, broker negligence and investment law. I am a FINRA Arbitrator. I authored the Trial Handbook for West Virginia Lawyers, Thompson Reuters, published in 1992 which is supplemented annually.
My professional memberships include West Virginia Association for Justice, past president of the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar, American Bar Association, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
